We are a small, senior team. We take the time to understand your business — how it makes money, how it operates, where its value sits — and bring senior data and AI capability to whatever the engagement needs.
Every engagement is different. What they share is a starting point: understanding the business first — then applying data and AI where they genuinely add value.
Two areas of our work are particularly in demand. Ahead of a major capital event — a sale, M&A or refinancing — we use a company's own data to reveal the true resilience of its revenue and business model, building the analysis and the narrative that shows investors and lenders what the business is really worth.
Separately, we advise on AI strategy and build AI enhancement into day-to-day operations — augmenting what your team does, never losing sight of the value your people bring.
Most of our work comes by recommendation from clients and partners we have worked with before. We take on a small number of engagements at a time, and the people you meet are the people who do the work.
Strategic capability and technical execution, in one team.
Data analysis and narrative ahead of a sale, M&A or refinancing — using your own data to demonstrate the true resilience of your revenue and business model to investors and lenders.
Readiness assessments, opportunity mapping and implementation planning — a concrete, prioritised roadmap grounded in your operations, not generic AI enthusiasm.
Practical sessions that bring your organisation up to speed with today's AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and the Google Workspace suite — from executive briefings to hands-on team enablement and safe-use policy.
Use-case-specific systems built for production, designed to augment your team's workflows: retrieval-augmented generation, agents, automation and interactive dashboards.
Data acquisition, cleaning, modelling and forecasting — presented interactively, so decision-makers can actually use it.
Self-hosted or cloud-based systems designed around your security and compliance requirements, including private LLM infrastructure.

After a PhD in Particle Physics, he began his career in real estate investment before joining the trans-Atlantic PE firm GI Partners, where he sourced, structured, analysed and executed mid-market transactions across Europe — applying data analysis techniques to drive performance and value.
At BI Analytics, Adrian leads analysis, modelling and strategy, including the design and deployment of private LLM infrastructure for clients with strict security requirements.
LinkedInCatherine delivers complex operational and technology projects — from the British Olympic Association at the London 2012 Olympics to start-ups and large portfolio companies.
A self-confessed technology geek, she has followed AI product development for years — an early adopter and avid learner, constantly testing, adapting and staying current as each new generation of tools arrives. At BI Analytics she leads AI adoption, training and system design, building the workflows that make AI genuinely stick inside organisations rather than stall at the pilot stage.
